# markdown-direct extension for vscode

"markdown-direct" allows you to directly read markdown files in preview mode just by opening it.
|
|
|
|
## Features
|

Open markdown files directly in the file vscode explorer in preview/rendered mode.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Switch back to edit mode (Alt+R)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
## Extension Settings
|
|
|
|
Include if your extension adds any VS Code settings through the `contributes.configuration` extension point.
|
|
|
|
For example:

This extension contributes the following settings:
